You can order an expert evaluation of your noise problems. I will send you my equipment, which consists of a small case weighing about 12 pounds. You do the recording at your home. Step-by-step instructions are contained in the case: You just press START an STOP when the noise occurs. You can record for a maximum of 12 hours, but this does not have to be continuous and can consist of as many STARTS and STOPS as you like. After you are finished with the recording, you return the equipment to me.

I then provide you with a report of the facts: when (day, hour, minute), what it was (perfect audio recording) and how loud it was in decibels weighted with the A-curve.

I can now provide this for < 2000 $ and no German sales tax is charged to you for this amount.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is wittstock engineering so cheap compared to any other competitor?
The do-it-yourself recording is the first and the availability around the clock is the second step, which limit costs. Expensive engineers with two helpers and $50,000 dollars of equipment spending the night on your balcony are not required. In addition, expensive experts tend to be gone when the actual noise occurs.

How do you know where the noise is coming from since you have not been on-site like all other experts?
This has never been a problem since the source of the noise is almost always known.

Do judges believe the report you provide?
1.My equipment is in a safe within the shipping case so that no one can manipulate it.
2.Judges all over Germany have placed their trust in me since 1989.
